- 1 cup ground pork
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 medium carrot (diced)
- 1 celery stalk (chopped)

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 6 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Shape into small meatballs (about 1 inch).
